The management here is always after each other to blame. No one is really sitting down to determine root causes, only figuring out who to blame and how they are not a right fit any more. Yet nothing is done to help the person making a mistake. A recent google review was exactly correct. The culture is exactly that, witch hunt. You have to blame someone else for something else in order to get yourself out of that hole. The morale is so low, everyone cannot wait to leave that place once the day is over and sundays' those were days to dread because you started a new work week.
Support from management
You will get support for about three weeks after you start, after that if you ask a question, there are meetings held where they make fun of you. The CFO of the company went around calling me a the B word long after I was fired. If you want support from management this IS NOT the work environment you want to be in. The plant manager that worked for this company was amazing, know his lean manufacturing and processes, they fired him because he was too busy......instead of finding him help to run the plant floor.
