The management here is always after each other to blame. No one is really sitting down to determine root causes, only figuring out who to blame and how they are not a right fit any more. Yet nothing is done to help the person making a mistake. A recent google review was exactly correct. The culture is exactly that, witch hunt. You have to blame someone else for something else in order to get yourself out of that hole. The morale is so low, everyone cannot wait to leave that place once the day is over and sundays' those were days to dread because you started a new work week.
Support from management
You will get support for about three weeks after you start, after that if you ask a question, there are meetings held where they make fun of you. The CFO of the company went around calling me a the B word long after I was fired. If you want support from management this IS NOT the work environment you want to be in. The plant manager that worked for this company was amazing, know his lean manufacturing and processes, they fired him because he was too busy......instead of finding him help to run the plant floor.
There is none. The management behaves like they want the teamwork and get consultants to come in and show there is teamwork.....but behind close doors they are not backing you up. So many people have been fired and the teammates you think you can count on are the ones who helped other get fired.
Freedom to work independently
You were allowed to work how you please, but the moment you were asked any questions, you were looked down on for not asking the right questions that the owners would ask.
There is NONE. emails are only sent to protect your own job. I found myself doing that all the time, only because I saw how quick the owners blamed each other and then the Project managers and then boom a month later you were fired.
Females do administrative work. sexism exists a lot in this place. The pay and the responsibilities are divided. I used to have a female partner in the department I was in, now there are all males who have replaced us. Come to find out also, they are paid more.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They pretend to be respectful or nice.
Overall compensation for your work
Unless your white and male you will live paycheck to paycheck. The employees currently working there are working 2nd jobs.
Office / Work Environment
fast pace- run around with your head cut off aspect. Stress filled.
NONE! i worked so much-I lost my relationships/friendships while being here. I was also afraid to take days off, knowing what I would come back to in the project management department. My iphone would always be ringing or emails coming, I was scared not to answer any of the sales reps.
Lie, Falsify and make yourself look good. I cannot count how many times I dealt with a customer on a job file and the owners would make up numbers or threaten to stop production. Constant lies.
NONE. everyone is in fear. Plenty want to leave.
They have no handicap accessibility. They didn't hire someone specifically due to a handicap.
OSHA needs to visit.
Yes! in a bad way. tell your boss the truth and the truth ends up hurting you.

What I like about the company
The one thing I enjoyed at the company was actually taking smoke breaks.
What I dislike about the company
I needed money, if it were for that contract, I would have left.
