Suggestions for improvement
- Try and get our company to pay everyone time and a half on the holidays that we work.
The company has as one of it's Company Values and Culture, the importance of placing all employees above everything else. The company, due to struggling overall ecomonics, and poor financial planning, closed nearly 80 locations in early 2017, giving employees ZERO notice. The restaurants were stripped of logos and equipment overnight, and had Area Managers waiting to terminate all employees the following day. Employees were given severance based on term length of employment, but did not exceed 2 weeks "average pay".
Area Managers are often unable to be reached, and when they are available, their response is often "well you tell me". Support from upper levels simply does not exist.
