Suggestions for improvement
- More flexible work options. No other suggestions.
NORC regularly fired people for no case. To meet their budgets they would fire anyone making over $10. They fired all full time staff and replaced with part timer and then fired nearly all the part timers and replaced them with new people who they paid $8.50 and hour before moving most of the jobs to Nevada.
Some of the immediate managers are okay but the top managers never cared about anyone.
