Suggestions for improvement
- I would make sure that the right people knew what was going on all of the time. Do not schedule overtime for an assembly line if there are not enough parts to run it! I would make the supervisors all take courses in the techniques of supervision, etc. Thrats and anger do not create a good relationship with employees, nor does complacency. Communication is key to a well maintained company. This company lacks that in a most powerful way. I would also create employee comities to oversee things such as compan outings and family picnics and the like. Wages seriously need to grow with the cost of living! If everything you buy to live is going up in price, your wage seriously needs to follow that trend.
What I like about the company
We all have fun and everyone usually gets along.
What I dislike about the company
The attitude of the supervisors, lack of communication, blatant lies about overtime and personal achievement, lack of suitable outside break areas, extremely unrealistic quotas and total lack of concern, on the company's part, of how much time is needed fr breaks when working a 12 hour shift. Also the wages never go up, no raises!
