I like about the employer
The inverted pyramid they instill as a newcomer is quickly realized to be a fallacy.
The goals are often unrealistic with them telling you that your job is on the line of you don't meet them daily.
It's easy to work with some of the other employees, however, management is a very different story.
The communication tends to be more blunt demands
The turnover rate is too high for long-serving colleagues to be appreciated or supported.
The company itself has great ideals and morals. Unfortunately, the individual stores are not held to the same standards.
While the risk for positions to be eliminated is rare management is constantly letting you know that you are easily replaced. Even if your sales numbers are good, "There is always someone who could do better."
