Suggestions for improvement
- There is no life/work balance. Be more flexible with family events. We give up so much. We work harder for supportive, grateful, positive management (aka more money for them in return). Create a more trusting environment.

What I dislike about the company
The reputation of the company has changed. As well as the family like atmosphere and support. Management have been so desperate to keep up the sales of other stores and there pursue customers. desperately. The customers feel it. It has lost what felt special. Instead it has become a telemarketing type job. Little gratitude for those that hold the company together. The customers had fallen in love with us for giving them the very best. Just concerned with those with the most sales. More threats than support.
