Suggestions for improvement
- Nordstrom's need to take their employees life into consideration. A Saturday ans d Sunday off should be given to everyone once a month. No work/life balance. They need to care about the employee more.

What I dislike about the company
The managers only care about how they look to their store managers and regionals. They only care about making the departments day. They don't care about he employees who are busting their butt calling preselling and harassing people for sales.
