Suggestions for improvement
- I would allow anyone interested to be promoted that had a good record for performance and attendance to be allowed at least an opportunity to be promoted, instead of only hiring people straight out of college with little to no experience and having thoseindividuals in control of how operations are ran locally and eventually nationally.
What I like about the company
I have been able to support myself financially since becoming an employee at NS, also have been able to strengthen my own leadership capabilities due to the amount of independence I have day to day.
