There is an overall pervading feeling (from corporate down) of not truly caring, going thru the motions to get the work done.
Lack of direction in management. Complete disconnect from corporate to employee. Employees poorly compensated. Pay full price on rent but expected to live on premises. Not a place where I felt supported, validated or guided.
Suggestions for improvement
- Upgrade your benefits. If you insist they live onsite, offer discounted rates. Check in on the employees so they have an opportunity to confidentially disclose issues in the workplace, without the risk of losing their job. Have more support for the managers and a clear direction for them.
