Support from Management
The majority of the leadership team does not value the employees. There are absolutely some very good maybe even excellent leaders at NAB, but the majority are lacking in willingness to develop a sting work force.
Suggestions for improvement
- The leadership team needs to become more aware of what is going on within the company.
I like about the employer
Within each department there is a feeling of kinship.
