Many supervisors acted inappropriately.
The staff would work together. But work load for bartender was unusually large.
Level of Autonomy
As a bartender I had an unusually large work load that encompassed many of my supervisors responsibility.
The supervisors would talk a lot but very rarely said anything of value.
