The practice Administrator was in no way helpful to the front desk staff and she harassed the front desk staff anytime anything went wrong in the office. She would tear the staff down by stating that they did not have common sense and they were all a mess!

never allowed to me even though I was there for 2 years!
However, when a new hire came on she was allowed to change everything, even putting some things I previously 2 years ago suggested but was denied into place.
I was told that her knowledge surpassed mine and she was given the lead office position after two weeks there.
I feel as if race was an issue here. The office was mostly African American (including the practice administrator) and I was the minority.
she was given the office lead position even though I still had to show her how to run the office. yes, this was confusing to me.
