Suggestions for improvement
- Don't promise people things that you never intend on giving them. Don't make people believe that they are a "pillar" of the company and then lay them off without any explanation.
I like about the employer
Some of the management team helps train & mentor employees without any personal gain.
I dislike about the employer
They use people for everything that they can give then at the drop of it lay them off and don't offer them any compensation at all.
