Suggestions for improvement
- They should ask the people doing the work everyday what they need to do their job. Their computer IT department is the worst. So if the computers are slow or down then you need to stay after to finish your days work - again uncompensated. There is no communication with clarity to each department and it's employees. It's always by word of mouth. They need to pay taxes since they run the business as a for profit rather than a non for profit.
