Suggestions for improvement
- Hire a company to manage the practice finances and HR. Don't hire employees that cannot pass a background check. Physicians should pay more towards healthcare for the employees to assist with premiums.

Coworkers are not nice, if you take any concern to management the whole staff eventually knows, there is no anonymity, low pay, physicians that don't care about their employees, poor working environment, no work-life balance, coworkers steal from other coworkers or from the office such as products/samples without consent.
