- Better management. Listen to your employees.
What I like about the company
It was close to my home.
What I dislike about the company
I worked there over 4 years with no raise due to I was maxed out.
We had 4-5 patient ratio with no help some critical. No rooms for patients to be admitted as in patients.
Would have full ER with people waiting and would not go on divert. We had to treat patients in hallways.
Charge nurses do not help/ ER techs are not held responsible for anything are usually missing.
Went through 5 diffrent managers while there it's a revolving door.
Assistant Manger who was there was horrible had no experience would not back up nurses very judgemenental.
Nurses would complain and get fired or quit.
