Support from management
Management doesn't do a good job communicating. Director level personnel seem oblivious to what schools need and make empty promises to cover up mistakes.
Only thing I can say this company does right. Not sure if it's by design or just because the unions won't let them mistreat personnel.
Suggestions for improvement
- Directors (Level 6 and above) need to become realistic about what's going on with other management and schools.
