Culture there was definitely 'old boys club'. Women and men in same positions were not paid the same (approximately $20K to $50k more for men). In newly hired positions, men were offered more pay then females who were in same position and had been there for many years. There was much corrupt behavior going on all the time and by higher level administration.
Others did not like to share information and the mindset was always 'job security'
