Support from Management
Management has good communication. There are daily goals.
Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to treat ALL employees the same. Same rules for everyone.
I like about the employer
At first it seemed like family. It appeared to be a tight knit group of people that got along very well
I dislike about the employer
Management is unfair. There are "favorites" and they don't hide it. They have a problem relating to older people (age discrimination) and if you have a disability they will figure out a sneaky way to fire you
