Pay is pretty bad compared to competitors, pay raises are a flat out joke, yearly bonuses have started to get "locked away" for 3 years (i.e. you get a bonus in 2017, but you may or may not get it in 2020, depending on if you are still with the company and if the company did well)
Well-known company, job security, interesting work, 401k matching
Talk work life balance but so many high pressure jobs that the demand to work all hours of the day gets old
