we were working on Windows 7 machines, so was not able even to install SQL Server 2016 on our work PC.
despite continuous reminders to be courteous to others - people still talk loud over 2-3 rows of cubicles
people have to work long hours

After 10 years of being the main contributor to the project, I was laid off next week after project ended. Redeployment Program did not work for me at all.
who is not afraid to take responsibility - there are lots of challenges

for 2 months several groups were seeking for new candidates and were provided people from only one social group at the rate 9 out of 10.
Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management should at least response to the "cry for help"

when Northrop did not get the full project extension, despite the buzz words to "..keep our employee".. , ".. we care about people more than about technology ..", ".. we want our employee to feel safe .. " - people were simply laid off.
