it is a unfair game, there is commanding, however it is very bias, favorite, family.
Support from Management
unprofessional, bias, favoritism, nepotism,immature attitude from upper level management, hostile, unclear direction, harassing enviroment.
employees would work better together if management would not play games to cause harassing environment.
Time is mis managed by management to create a wedge between employees instead of togetherness.
