Suggestions for improvement
- To get the best performance from employees, there has to be opportunities for promotions and raises. As a military contractor, that all disappeared in 2012.
What I like about the company
Had worked with others for over 10 years
What I dislike about the company
No opportunity for promotion, raises, bonus, no matching 401K, no company cost share on benefits, restricted performance evaluations regardless of how good of a job employees did.
