I worked in the surgical unit and enjoyed my work very much. I learned a lot and there was a lot of ethic diversity. The work was very intense but rewarding. I miss working at NorthShore as a Patient Care Technician (PCT)
Mostly everyone of my co-workers were friendly and team players, but there is always one or two or three individuals who make difficult. Age is not a factor, not adhering to the "golden rule" due to lack of maturity or being an unhappy person or whatever makes one want to make life miserable for others. I encountered some people that were very difficult to work around.
