there's very little trust between employees and managers.
Support from Management
Supervisor's tend not to want to hear issues or support those that need supporting.
Though groups work together well there is very little "Team" due to fears that are rarely addressed from the top.
Level of Autonomy
Tasks are well distributed but employees rarely have a say on tasks that they want to work on and people done want to allow others to gain knowledge as they are afraid of being replaced.
