The team I am on we have bad leadership currently making the culture unhealthy and we are micromanaged on a regular basis. There are incidents of harassment verbally that have been witnessed unfortunately.
Support from management
Management belittles and micromanages
They have made it where coworkers are afraid to speak to one another.
Freedom to work independently
Management is constantly asking for updates and checking on us.
They are horrible at communicating.
They have left this a dead end
Office / Work Environment
Always freezing in our office
They understand the difference for the most part
I used to be until this new culture came about
I am doing data analysis which I was not hired for and so I am self teaching myself and it is not an easy task.
Suggestions for improvement
- I would first look at the leadership and change some of them or have them retrained.I think better training should be offered to people who are new to their roles.We need to be able to work remotely without it coming from our pto.
What I like about the company
Currently I am not able to say much positive about the company. I have seen a drastic change that is really disheartening.
What I dislike about the company
The leadership is not treating their staff correctly and they need to learn this. I think they are trying to push “culture” too much and not focusing on the tasks at hand.
