The individual that I worked for at NM lacked conflict resolution, problem solving within the work place. I highly recommend that all financial representatives take training before hiring an assistant

- Provide training for assistants and better pay.
I like about the employer
I learned a lot from the other assistants and comradeship amongst the assistants was really impressive
I dislike about the employer
The lack of input from my financial representative in developing my knowledge in the business and the lack of effort in providing me with any type of training. There is no training. Horrible pay for the amount of work. No benefit plans, it is up to the financial rep to provide this to his assistant. And if he/she opts out, you are without health insurance, as I was.
