Suggestions for improvement
- IT should revert back to having individualized assistance for each team, or at least have more well rounded training so that the technician you get can actually help you in multiple situations rather than always having to pass you off. It usually ends up being a combination of aspects and then noone can agree on who needs to take responsibility to fix it.
What I like about the company
I feel respected at work, am paid well with good benefits, and enjoy the company of my colleagues on our collaborative team. My employer is interested in ensuring I am happy and I feel comfortable bringing up concerns and requesting new responsibilities.
