There is no real 'culture'. There's a clique who gossips. When I asked about it, the boss told me, "Well, I don't know what to tell you."

Lots of rah rah, no real work. That's all this group does - cheer on nothing.
Terrible. There is no team. The grants administrator is not concerned with utilizing her employees skills.
Level of Autonomy
Because I work on individual projects, this is the one area in the review that this group has done admirably well
