Supervisors do not compliment any employee for good work. Always a negative atmosphere.
Support from management
They do not support or give kudos or appraise to employees. They always are telling us what they are doing wrong and nothing when doing something good.
The employees work as a team but Supervisors will not allow it. Each Supervisor has teams but it is far from a team.
They do have team meetings every week and it is a negative session and bashing for what you did wrong.
NCL is a turn and burn company. They hire call center help during busy or wave season as they call it. once it is over they will lay the majority of employees off or find a reason to fire you. I my self and I know numerous others that experienced the same treatment and they will train you prior to busy season.
Overall compensation for your work
Yes benefits do exist but most of new employees will not see them because they will lay you off right before or just after insurance kicks in.

Yes building was good and computers where up to date.
Yes they have no smoking within 300 feet of building.
They time off request and schedule is soley up to supervisor and your performance. Very unfair.
No I heard negativity every where in the building about company and because it starts at the leadership of company and they create negativity in the employees.

You will be promised to work from home but very few get that opportunity.
No. If you for example book a cruise for a big family and put a lot of effort into it. You feel good about yourself but Supervisors do not care. All they care about is taking calls and not making sales. So if you are on phone to long and you are taking in money. Company just worried about turning calls and not about making sales.

When you get laid off or terminated they will fight you for unemployment when you file.
