Support from Management
Very little support. Often led seemingly in the wrong direction. Will take credit for your productive ideas and place unwarranted blame otherwise.
Suggestions for improvement
- Recognize and reward good employees. Have a fair and honest system for retention. Pay employees a living wage. Offer a per diem that will actually cover more than one regular cafe-style meal a day. Don't deduct calculated hourly wages from salaried employees' time when they take time for a doctor's appointment, knowing full well that they've put in over 60 hours each week. Maintain honesty and integrity. Do not have policies that require your physicians to order physical therapy for almost every patient.
