Support from Management
Most people fear confronting their employer regarding issues even though most places understand that conflict in the work place is a natural phenomenon. This facility is not a democratic business and the lines of organization structure is unidentifiable. There is a lack of communication with management and staff. Much of the evaluations are handled by non-nursing staff, so understanding or growing from ones weaknesses will be problematic, if you are new to the healthcare field.
