It tries to work towards fairness and trust, communication lacks which doesn't build teamwork.

If you are not in a corporate department, your voice is not necessarily heard.
Too much negativity to work together collectively.

Workload is distributed equally, if you are willing to work.
Suggestions for improvement
- More stringent hiring process to weed out those who just want a job and find those that want to help patients. Communicate, keeping good on your promises, like being a grandfathered-in employee!
