They do not care about their employee (especially the contractors)
They supply their employees and contract personnel with numerous Power Point slides and revised SOP to read on Safety and other topics. Remember they do NOT hire contractors. At least half or more of their production staff are contractors. Contractors receive non of the perks employees get. On employee appreciation day and special events, contractors are left out which makes you feel "less than" and that your contribution is not appreciated. When the job you are already doing comes up on their intranet, to be filled as a full-time permanent employee, you still have to go through another formal interview process. Where the end result normally involve them hiring some brand new from the outside or relisting it to get another contractor.
