Company Culture

Company culture on paper made for great ad and media. Unfortunately, if you are not part of upper management, then you are on the outside looking in. However, during my tenure, the company culture was in the midst of creating their culture, organizing media exposure and forging a path in Atlanta.

Support from management

I was not given the opportunity to advance, despite requesting several times to take classes that in my opinion would help the department.

Gender Equality

Definitely a man's world. The few female leaders were not really the movers and shakers, the decision makers. I believe there was an attempt to create a balance but true leadership should foster mentorship and leading by example. A great leader can bring about change, excitement and loyalty.

Attitude towards older colleagues

The company did not discriminate against age.

Career Development

Sadly, that was NOT a part of the culture.

Overall compensation for your work

Benefits were offered, salary was not quite commiserate with the industry standards. I feel minorities were not given the same opportunities, pay advances nor training. This is inclusive of women, and/or certain nationalities.

Company Image

Unfortunately the image does not reflect reality.

Job Security

Very unstable place of employment. Several layoffs in the last 1.5 years.

Handicapped Accessibility

Building is accessible.

Workplace Safety

Very safe. The company tom great measures to ensure employees were in a safe environment.

Inclusive / Diverse

Not a diverse company. IN my opinion diversity in the workplace was secondary to profit/margin. Given better leadership, I believe the company would have been a better place to work and grow.

Suggestions for improvement

• Better communication from leadership. Advancement within; stable environment.

Alot of benefits that are not industry standard, which is a plus.
