Morale was generally very sub-par. Corporate office would rarely visit satellite offices, and mostly did so to either interact with the management exclusively, or to inform us about how the company was great. We were told the office would close in two months, which turned to four, which turned to 6 which turned to 'indefinite' which then turned into "in a month." The ongoing wage freeze also impacts morale severely.
Support from Management
Upper and middle management was often unwilling or unable to provide information about the future of the company when asked. I was offered a promotion, and a raise was suggested, but never followed up on. I ultimately received a one time bonus that was well below expectations. There seems to be a tendency to either micromanage or not interact with employees for days.
