Improved a lot
Suggestions for improvement
- Insurance decudable is really high. A lower deductible would be favorable. Also succession planing for middle management and line of sight for moving up opportunities worth while.
What I like about the company
They tend to take care of the employees that take care of them. You must put some time into it to make it a career choice. But at least that's an option and not a dead end job. I would say it's a great opertunity if you are not afraid of hard work and willing to put in some time for promotions. It's really hard to leave the production floor for lateral pay moves only once you get use to working shift work and the pay starts becoming good.
What I dislike about the company
Middle management does not get paid as welll as the upper management. It is better then the production hourly workers, but not if they work overtime and reap a few extra holiday pay benefits. Along with vacation and sick pay out benifits to the hourly workers.
