- Stop referring to employees as "rock stars." Develop an objective assessment of competency and assign work based on those objectives.
What I like about the company
The ability to work independently.
What I dislike about the company
Work assignment was not based on most skilled, but on a perception of competency depending on whether you were female, black or white.
