Support from management
Good support from leader
With sales function it is good but other departments and functions it is not working .
Freedom to work independently
Higher management have their own view point
Below Average .
No review and appraisals hence feedback mechanism is not working now.
Not so much , hardly any women's work force
Attitude towards older colleagues
Company has more dependence on older people whether they add value or not is not seen.
Old school of thoughts is just dragged as top management believe it is the ONLY RIGHT SOLUTION
Not a drop of it.
No appraisal, No increments and hardly any appreciation
Overall compensation for your work
Poor and also has a tendency to speak out salary given to the employeee

Present employee wanted to move out but they have to get a new job

Challenging but top management has their own point of view which is ruling the organization.

- May be I can't give any suggestion as I have tried but if someone don't want to focus towards it I can't help.
What I like about the company
Managing director is good to approach.
What I dislike about the company
No work security, No systems , HRD is weak in processes for development of an employee, financially weak organization, loss making company, less product range, quality of people etc...
