Good support from leader
With sales function it is good but other departments and functions it is not working .
Level of Autonomy
Higher management have their own view point
Below Average .
No review and appraisals hence feedback mechanism is not working now.
Not so much , hardly any women's work force
Attitude towards older colleagues
Company has more dependence on older people whether they add value or not is not seen.
Old school of thoughts is just dragged as top management believe it is the ONLY RIGHT SOLUTION
