Suggestions for improvement
- Not letting employees know what the plan is with streamlining will hurt the company in the long run. Those that are left will bear the burden of taking over duties from employees that do not care and will give rotten training.
What I like about the company
Benefits are still good.
What I dislike about the company
The "Doing your part" and "Dig your Gig" programs are jokes. Job security is at an all time low.
