No leadership. I had 4 different bosses in 4 years.
Discrimination cases constantly. If your over 40 don't expect to be hired or promoted.
Failure to promote discrimination! !
Cares less about employee safety.
Suggestions for improvement
- Don't discriminate and hire and promote experience.

What I dislike about the company
They hire and promote only young people. They do not value experience.
