Support from Management
District manager would talk down and threaten your job on a daily bases. They tell you one thing and do another. The company wanted you to sale tires that benefits their sales goals and not the customer.
They tried this team work board that was elementary and a joke. They were just going through the motions. No one paid attention to it from the top down.
