Suggestions for improvement
- snacks would be good. Allow workers to work remotely more frequently than they can currently if they demonstrate the trust.
For a while we had games on Fridays, then management cancelled that. Very low morale. People performing useful functions keep getting fired, or leaving.
Management doesn't know which way to turn; they're trying to bring up stock price, but don't pay attention to products, employees, or customers.
People are assigned to too many projects at once.
Not much guidance, so do whatever you think needs to get done.
Supportive co-worker and leaders. The HR staffing is amazing, always will to help you out. The job was not hard and it was a fun environment.
