Support from management
Most recently, unrealistic goals were assigned and management did little to support a culture enabling you to achieve these goals. The CEO's objective is not embraced by VP and AVP levels. Authority personnel at the level are more interested in their own development than those of their subordinates.
Freedom to work independently
Transparency is preached but not practiced. Most personnel appear to be self serving.
Attitude towards older colleagues
HR department needs new life. The head of this department is biased and quick to find fault versus giving the benefit of doubt and investigating both sides of issues. It is if as tho they get incented on docking pay and terminating personnel.
Overall compensation for your work
Average pay, not great. What they expect for the pay is unrealistic.

- HR needs more soft skills.
What I like about the company
They have good products and services to offer consumers.
What I dislike about the company
Lots of ego in back office departments. There is a general feeling that ones own department is more important than the credit union as a whole, which is shown through lack of communication and support by AVP, VP.
