Suggestions for improvement
- Treat everyone fair and make the work equal. Too many bosses and not enough people to get their hands dirty.
The work atmosphere is great everyone felt like family. Our Customer Care manager is very accessible to our concerns and she will do what it takes to help us in any issue that could come about.
The company never really had a set plan on training for new employees. The system they developed later did not seem to be so effective either. Luckily the people who already have the experience in the field are more than happy to help out.
No realistic goals are ever set. Then the keep pushing OT on everyone. No priority lists so you never know what is supposed to come first. Then when you fall behind its threats of being written up instead of building you up and working as a team and getting things done
We are not allowed to work together. You go to management for help and they dont know how to do things so they push it off to others that give you the wrong or different answer because no one is on the same page
