Support from management
Leadership roles are based and assigned on who likes who and not the best candidate for the job. There has even been a "set" system on hiring candidates that only applies when someone who is more eligible is that person who is not wanted. Leadership is not stern for the right reasons. Leadership does not implement change well at all.
Teamwork can be pretty good with out certain leadership direction. Often times the teamwork of crews in place are efficient until leadership by certain individuals interferes.
Communication from upper level management of this particular plant is horrible. Not even the plant manager knows a lot of what goes on inside the operations.
Equality is not practiced here. The job bidding process is not a good process for hiring qualified workers. It also does not allow for the right people to have the right positions.
Not a good place to develops habits for a career. Qualities learned here will not progress anyone any further on other jobs.
Job security for the most part has been good.
Inclusive / Diverse
There are only "certain" kind of people who gets hire positions. The ones who are not if that mold have either been there so long that they were given a chance or that they acted accordingly to the will of others.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get the right people in right positions.
