Suggestions for improvement
- Better ways to ensure that employee feedback is solicited and then implemented in general to improve the place across the board. Need to have a system to track employee skills and promote more from within, and not merely on a who knows who basis.
What I like about the company
Annual BBQ's for employees, employee recognition events, great benefits, defined benefit pension, etc.
What I dislike about the company
Need to update employees on top down level issues going on that are noteworthy more often, both good and bad events.
