Suggestions for improvement
- They need to provide better support and training for new teachers including health and wellness initiatives to support teachers in dealing with the stress of the job.
What I like about the company
My fellow teachers are genuinely committed to the students. My mentor has been really helpful. When the kids get what I'm teaching it's the best feeling which outweighs the stress and extended hours of the job .
What I dislike about the company
I think the pay could be better. I think communication of new initiatives could stand improvement. I think they are too quick to play the blame game with teachers. I would like greater opportunities for professional development and training.
