The management has no communication, they do not promote from within the company even tho they say they do. The current management has no idea how to run the production floor. The maintenance department is slow of fixing different issues on the production floor. They also do not know how to treat people. I would not recommend this employer to anybody.
Suggestions for improvement
- Change the management to people that know how to run an injection molding production floor. Management needs to stop having meetings all day long and communicate to the production supervisors on whats going on for the shift/day. They also need to start promoting people on the production floor. They say that they do but this is not true. They also need to send people out for training on how to use the different machines, robots, and automation lines.
