Support from Management
Failed to provide any support. Was required to do all jobs when someone left. Management could not understand the details of the job. Refused to allow time off due to no coverage which was their decision not to replace employees. Constantly harassed and demeaned by upper management.
Suggestions for improvement
- They need to get new upper management who adhere to civil service laws and actually know the jobs their employees are performing. Stop using politics for these appointments. Staff is undereducated and nasty with condescending attitudes.
