Suggestions for improvement
- delegates and managements are too friendly need to look into all grievances to establish a better work environment
Nepotism and lack of back-ground checks contributed to a cavalier attitude in the workplace.
Perhaps they should hire people who have more than a High School Diploma or an Associates Degree. Someone who has a degree conducive to managing employees.
Poor leadership trickles down and results in a lack of teamwork.
There was a significant amount of employees who had applied for FMLA. This resulted in the department being extremely short-staffed. No one was even available to answer the phones.
