Played favoritism toward losers! No safety culture. Thay let one person run the plant and he isn't ever in the plant. He works over in the admin building.
Suggestions for improvement
- Promote within. Don't always bring in someone from outside and pay them a fortune. Practice what you preach. If you cutting back personnel, start from the top.
